Internet on PSP
Hello! It's my first post here. I am 18-years old guy from Dallas TX. I born in Europe, but I live here over 1 year. I'm owner PSP Slim & Lite over 1 year. My soft is 3.80 M33.
Today I expain YOU how to get internet in your PSP. This blog is "devoted" PSP, not only internet in your psp. You can learn where get games, movies and tips for owners PSP.
So, Us PSP have wi-fi option. What we need to use internet in PSP ? We must in HOTSPOT zone. (for ex. in resteurant, in town or your home). How to check it?
You'll see Ad Hoc Mode and Infrastructure Mode, click Infrastructure Mode.
Click New Connection and enter the connection name.
Click Scan and you'll wait few secound - Now PSP will search Hotspots.
If you don't found any connection - you don't have hotspot in your zone. You can found hotspots in wi-fihotspotlist.com
If you find any hotspot, you will show hotspot name. For ex. name of resteurant, owner name. Remember - If it isn't your hotspot you can't connect without consent owner, as far as I know it is a punishable. If you want connection you must find hotspot without secourity (In table secourity NONE). Signal Strenght is important too. (With my experence must be higher than 60%). If you find hotspot select it and click X. Now You'll see name of this hotspot, don't click and click 5x right arrow without changes. Now you should see "Press the X button to save settings", press X. You will show Test Connection. If you see: A connection error, you must find hotspot with access point. If all is good and you see connection name and other information you done configuration ! Congrats. Now go to menu and find Network -> Internet Browiser .
